Shipping policy
At Golden Naqsh, we aim to deliver your orders quickly and safely across Pakistan.
1. Delivery Charges
- Standard delivery charges across Pakistan: PKR 250
- Free shipping on orders above PKR 2499
2. Delivery Time
- Orders are delivered within 3–5 working days across Pakistan
- Delivery time may vary depending on location and courier service
A tracking update may be provided once your order is dispatched.
3. Shipping Coverage
- We currently deliver only within Pakistan
- International shipping is not available at this time
4. Order Cancellation / Changes
- Customers may request order cancellation or changes within 2 hours of placing the order
- After this time, orders are processed and cannot be cancelled
- Once dispatched, orders must be accepted at the time of delivery
5. Delivery Guidelines
Customers must provide a complete and accurate address, including:
- House number
- Street / Block
- Nearest landmark
Incomplete or incorrect details may result in delays or order cancellation.
6. Important Notes
- Delivery riders follow fixed routes and schedules; your cooperation is appreciated
- Golden Naqsh reserves the right to cancel orders due to:
- Out-of-stock items
- Pricing errors
- Suspicious or incomplete order details
