2. Order Cancellation

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched.
  • Cancellation requests before dispatch may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
  • If approved, the order amount may be adjusted as store credit.

3. Sale & Clearance Items

All Sale and Stock Clearance items are final sale.

  • Non-refundable
  • Non-exchangeable

Exception: Only applicable if the item is received damaged or incorrect.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items (Pakistan Only)

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from what was ordered, Golden Naqsh may offer an exchange for the same product or an equivalent item.

Conditions:

  • Claim must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
  • Parcel opening video is strongly recommended

After claim approval, you may be required to return the item. Once inspected and verified, an exchange will be processed.

Shipping charges for returns may apply unless otherwise stated.

5. Shipping Policy (Pakistan Only)

  • Golden Naqsh currently delivers only within Pakistan
  • Orders are processed and dispatched within standard business timelines
  • Delivery times may vary depending on the location and courier service

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Address

Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address.

Incorrect or incomplete details may result in delays or failed delivery. Refunds are not applicable once the order is processed or dispatched.

7. Fraud Prevention & Chargebacks

All orders are recorded with dispatch and verification details.

Fraudulent claims or unjustified chargebacks will be reviewed and may be challenged with proper evidence.
